“In a constantly changing society moving at an ever faster pace and hit by incentives from every angle, remaining in the service of the same company for a decade is become rare. The merit lies certainly with the Sumol Group that was able to hold on to staff by motivating them, and involving them by inspiring them. But if we look at these approaches separately, we find that motivation, for me, has come mainly from the fact that the company has regularly renewed the professional challenges I had to face, allowing me to benefit from consistent professional development.
When it comes to inspiration, the secret lies in the strong bonds created between the Group, its brands and the people who are privileged to work with them. Most of the time these relations began years before as consumers of Sumol, 7up, Pepsi, among others, and are strengthened once we get to know these popular brands from within.
The future is likely to be even more challenging and inspiring. In 2009, with the merger, the Group began a new stage in its life and one that will bring new opportunities to whoever is involved.
